some days I just want to stand on the roof of the Capitol with a megaphone and scream at our government and lawmakers.

sadly I’m short one megaphone, the Capitol roof is not really great for standing on (damn you, domed buildings!) and this country will probably never have a logical, secular government that listens fully to the wishes and ideals of its constituents.
